ATTENDANCE & MEALS:
Only paid attendees may attend the workshop. Meals are only provided for attendees. I hope you understand why this policy is implemented.
CONFIRMATIONS:
Registration will not be taken without payment of tuition in full. You will receive written confirmation when we receive your payment for the workshop, either via e-mail or fax. Your registration is not finalized until you receive this written confirmation. We are not responsible for accommodating unconfirmed registrations.
EXTRA NIGHTS:
We can add extra nights to your reservation for what ever our group rate is. However, booking directly with the hotel sometimes is less expensive (but sometimes is more expensive) depending on their availability. Upgrades: We do not have the ability to upgrade rooms.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS STAYING IN YOUR ROOM
You may have one additional guest in your room. Should you have more than two (2) people in your room, the hotel may charge per additional guest. If this fee is applied, you will be responsible for payment at check-in. Rooms come with a King size bed. “Double Beds” are an additional $35 per night.
** Nights: Attendees may add additional nights to their reservation at the charge listed above. Keep in mind that sometimes it is less to book directly with the hotel.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Please refer to the hotel for information on check-in/check-out times. Please consult the hotel if any special arrangements need to be made.
LATE ARRIVAL:
Please advise Saratoga Courses if you will be arriving to the hotel late on the day of check-in. With many hotels, if a guest has not checked in by a specific time, the reservation may be canceled. These times vary based on the hotel. Saratoga is not responsible for canceled rooms if the attendee arrives later than advised.
MEETING LOCATION AND TIMES:
We will provide you with the exact meeting room approximately one week prior to the meeting. Registration and breakfast will be from 8:15am-9:00am on Saturday. The course will start at 9:00am.
YOUR BADGE & CERTIFICATE:
Please be sure that your name is spelled correctly on your confirmation email or fax. This is how your name will appear on your hotel reservation, badge and CME certificate.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made prior to (please call for specific dates) will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations made between (please call for specific dates) will receive a credit towards a future workshop, less a $100 processing fee and the cost of the hotel room if it has been included as part of tuition. This credit may be applied towards a future Saratoga CME Institute Aesthetic Workshop, and will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation. It is the attendee’s responsibility to phone Saratoga CME Institute regarding upcoming course dates.
Cancellations made after (please call for specific dates) are not eligible for refunds or credits. However, the registration can be transferred to a colleague.
No refunds or credits will be given for ''no-shows''.
USING A CREDIT TO PAY FOR A WORKSHOP:
You must submit your written credit at the time of registration. If the hotel is being included as part of your tuition, the tuition must be paid in full. Your credit will be refunded to you by check when you arrive at the workshop.
